Do you know that Facebook is watching your activities in every second. It is not right to use the word Watching!! Actually, they are spying you in every second of your life.

Facebook says that they are using these data to “personalize your experience, such as showing you relevant ads”, but actually it increases violations of privacy of Facebook users.

Facebook recently launched its Off-Facebook activity tool that sometimes gives users more control over their privacy.
This new tool gives more control over how the websites and apps that they use, share data with the social media etc.

What is an OFF Facebook activity?

Off-Facebook activity is a summary of activity that businesses and organizations share with Facebook about your interactions with them, such as visiting their apps or websites. They use Facebook’s Business Tools, like Facebook Login or Facebook Pixel, to share this information with Facebook. “This helps you do things like give you a more personalized experience on Facebook”- says Facebook Team.

To check which apps and websites have been sharing your data with Facebook

1. Open Facebook
2. Go to Facebook Settings

3. Open Your Facebook Information

4. Click Off-Facebook Activity

There you can see the apps and websites which have been sharing your data to Facebook.

How to Turn OFF “OFF Facebook activity”?

1. Open Facebook Mobile App
2. Tap the option menu from the top-right corner of the Facebook app.
3. Scroll down and tap the Settings & Privacy option.
4. Tap the Settings option.
5. Scroll down to Your Facebook Information.
6. Click OFF-Facebook Activity

You will see a “What you can do” option there.

You can manage your OFF Facebook activity and you can clear your previous history.
